PartyScape Privacy & Terms

• Account data: your username and a securely hashed password. Guest accounts are created automatically with a random name.
• Optional recovery email: only if you add one yourself, used solely for password recovery. Optional Discord linking stores your Discord ID for login.
• Gameplay data: your character's progress, inventory, chat messages, and trade history. That's the game itself.
• Technical data: we store the IP address an account was created from, and the one it was most recently used from. We use these only to stop abuse — spam, ban evasion, and people creating throwaway accounts in bulk — and for rate limiting. We don't build advertising profiles from them, don't sell them, and don't use them to track you across other sites. We also record which kind of device you play on (phone, tablet or desktop) so we can support it properly.

An account's stored IP addresses are kept for as long as the account exists, and are deleted with it. Guest accounts are pruned automatically after a period of inactivity, which deletes their addresses too. If an address is blocked for abuse, that block is kept until it is lifted or expires.

Only the game's administrators can see this information. It is never shown to other players.

• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
• No advertising trackers or analytics trackers on partyscape.club.
• No marketing emails. The only email you can ever get is a password-recovery link you requested.

One essential session cookie keeps you logged in. That's it. No tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner.

The game is hosted in the EU (Germany), proxied through Cloudflare. If you play through a games portal (such as CrazyGames), that platform's own privacy policy applies to their website around the game; your game account and progress live on our servers under this policy either way.

You can ask for a copy of your data or have your account and its data deleted at any time. Ask in-game (message the staff account "Jarvis" in chat) or on our Discord. Guest accounts inactive for an extended period are deleted automatically.

• One shared world: no cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or abusing other players. Report bugs instead of farming them. We reward good reports, not exploits.
• Keep chat civil. Profanity is filtered; abuse gets muted or banned.
• No real-money trading of accounts, gold, or items.
• The game is free. Progress is never for sale, and we run no ads on partyscape.club.
• We do our best to keep the world stable and backed up, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties.

PartyScape is operated from Malta (EU). Questions, data requests, or complaints: the in-game staff account "Jarvis", or the official Discord server linked in-game.

We use a small number of external services, and only for the job named:

• Stripe - payment processing, if you ever buy something. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers; we only learn that a payment succeeded.
• Resend - sending and receiving email (account recovery, verification, and mail you send to our support address).
• Cloudflare - serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers.
