Cancel a purchase
The electronic withdrawal form EU consumers are entitled to (Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by 2023/2673).
If you bought something and want to cancel it, fill this in. It reaches a person, not a robot, and you will get a reply.
Worth knowing before you write: most PartyScape purchases are delivered the instant you pay, and at checkout you agree that this waives the usual 14-day withdrawal right. That does not stop you asking. If something did not arrive, arrived wrong, or you simply think we should refund you, say so here and we will look at it properly.
