Delete your PartyScape account

The fastest way is to do it yourself. It takes about ten seconds and needs no one's help:

1. Open the game at partyscape.club or in the Android app.
2. Sign in to the account you want deleted.
3. Open Account (top right).
4. Scroll to Delete account.
5. Confirm with your password. Guest accounts have no password, so they confirm by typing their own username instead.

The deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no confirmation email.

If you have lost access to the account, email [email protected] from an address you can prove is connected to it, or contact us on Discord. Tell us the username you want removed.

We will ask you to prove the account is yours before deleting anything. That is deliberate: without it, anyone who knew your username could erase your character.

Requests are handled within 30 days, and normally within a few days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your login (username, password hash, email address if you set one, linked Discord id)
• Your character and all progress: skills, experience, items, bank, gold and equipment
• Your Grand Exchange offers and any pending settlements
• Your quest progress, poll votes, friends list and private messages
• Your session tokens, so every device is signed out

In-game deletion is immediate and runs in a single transaction, so it either completes fully or not at all. Off-site encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days on a rolling basis and then expire, after which no copy of the deleted data remains.

Deletion cannot be undone. There is no restore, no grace period and no support route to bring an account back.
